On the 6th April 2007 changes to the CDM Regulations will take effect. The JCT 05 suite of contracts will be revised as a result. Revised versions of contracts will be published and listed below are the target publication months for those contracts

JCT have issued Amendment Sheets to cover the period between JCT Revision 1 2007 publishing and the CDM Regulations taking effect. Please download, print and insert these into any existing copies of the appropriate JCT 05 contracts that you have.
