Searching for a Product

  • Find the product you wish to purchase by entering information in the quick search located in left hand column. Alternatively you can use the Advanced Search.
  • You can choose to 'Read More' or 'Add to Basket' which will update the mini-basket in the left hand column.
  • HANDY TIP: Try and enter general keywords into the search box, i.e. asbestos. Avoid long search-terms and always check for misspellings.

Basket

  • Once 'Add to Basket' is clicked, the mini-basket in the left hand column is updated. Once you are ready to checkout, click 'Proceed to Checkout' from below the mini-basket
  • In the 'Checkout' section you will be able to update quantities, remove items, find out your sub-total and delivery charges. You can also select the premium next day delivery here if you wish.
  • Once you are happy with the items in your basket you then have two options; ‘Proceed to Checkout’ or ‘Continue Shopping’.

Login / Register

  • If you select ‘Proceed with your order’ it will take you to a ‘User login’ section. All customers must create an online account to buy items. If you have already registered with the site then simply enter your email address and password in the 'Registered User Login' section. If you are a new customer then you must Register as a New User.
  • When entering your registration details please ensure you supply your RICS member number (if applicable) and any student details as this will secure any discounted pricing you may be eligible for.

Delivery

  • Once you have logged in you will enter the 'Delivery’ section, here you will be able to choose an existing address (if available) or enter a new delivery address.
  • If you have selected the Next Day Delivery Service please be aware a signature will be required upon delivery.

Payment

  • The next page is the payment section, this is the last page prior to your order being accepted. Please select the method of payment required, enter the relevant payment details and proceed.

Confirmation

  • Once payment details have been entered you will be presented with a 'Confirmation' page.
  • Once you accept the Terms & Conditions you can confirm the order.
  • Your order has now been completed and you will be presented with a 'Thank You' page with your order number and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
