JCT Terrorism Cover Update
Revised JCT Terrorism Cover provisions and associated guidance notes are now available. The changes will be incorporated when the contracts affected, Standard Building Contract, Design and Build Contract, Management Building Contract, Prime Cost Building Contract, Intermediate Building Contract and Measured Term Contract, are republished in 2011.

JCT Contracts Revision 2
All JCT Contracts have now been updated to incorporate Revision 2. View a full list of updated JCT Contracts Revision 2. The new contracts incorporate sustainability provisions, following JCT’s consultation and provisions building on the OGC’s Achieving Excellence Criteria. The JCT has also taken the opportunity to modify aspects of the payment provisions, while awaiting the implementation of the new payment legislation.
