The JCT Contracts Digital Service, the successor to JCT Forms on Disk, is a one-stop service that provides you with all the contractual documentation you need for your building and construction work.

Presented on CD and with optional online updates, this service helps you to create your own custom-built documents easily and quickly. A step-by-step question and answer session will take you through every field in turn, enabling you to leave out irrelevant information and streamline your contract to fit your exact requirements.

The JCT Contracts Digital Service includes:

  • Key JCT 2011 contracts
  • JCT 05 Revision 2 contracts will continue to be available on the CD as fillable files even following the Act's implementation
  • An archive of all incorporated versions of JCT 98 contracts plus individual amendments
  • Individual text of all JCT 2011 amendments to be automatically included when available
  • A growing archive of JCT 2011 contracts containing the previous version of the contract with incorporated amendments when they publish

JCT Contracts Digital Service allows the user to:

  • Complete the contracts on screen using powerful Rapidocs* technology – a step-by-step question and answer session takes the user through each field in turn, with explanation where appropriate
  • Exchange draft contracts electronically between subscribers with user changes tracked in colour
  • Print unlimited draft contracts free of charge (printed with the "DRAFT" watermark)
  • Receive guidance via links to JCT 2011 contract guides
  • Take advantage of the new online updating service

2.'Small Works' Edition

The Small Works Edition contains the new Minor Works 2011 and 2005 and the Intermediate Building Contract 2011 and 2005, along with the JCT 98 archive editions of these two contracts.
 
JCT 2011
JCT 2011 contracts have now been published and take effect from 1st October 2011. A new disk will be sent out to all current JCT Digital subscribers in early September 2011.

Online Updating Service
Choose the online updating service option and ensure you are using the latest version of the contract at all times - this online service will search and update the contract being used if an amendment or new version has been issued.

JCT 98 & JCT 05 Revision 1 Archive
The JCT 98 & JCT 05 Revision 1 contract suites are available in a read-only archive, giving you a useful reference resource.

Software specifications
The software is best run on 32MB RAM minimum (64MB recommended), Windows 2000/XP, Pentium processor (min 200MHz) and minimum screen resolution 800 x 600. Minimum free disk space 300mb recommended.
